Description
This is an interactive training experience provided by Rainbow Alliance and Inclusion Network (RAIN) Business Resource Group members. The intended audience are employees with a customer service role or for those that supervise customer service positions. Through active participation in this training, learners will: identify foundational terms to better understand LGBTQ+ customers; understand how to use personal questions with transgender and nonbinary customers; and apply current inclusive practices when working with customers.
This training incorporates “The Importance of Pronoun Usage” training also offered. If you are interested in only learning about pronouns, please attend that 90-minute training.
